About Me

I’m passionate about communication, both internal and external. After all, communication is one of the two most powerful forces we have in our lives. The other is emotion, and they are both interconnected.

The ability to connect thoughts with action is the basis of what makes communication so powerful. It is for this reason that I have dedicated myself to guiding others to effectively communicate the language that comes from within their body, mind and soul and express that story to the world.

My expertise comes from personal life lessons that included a physical transformation of more than 130 lbs. (75 kilos) and professional development in language education and life coaching. 

During the process of transforming my physical body, I felt increasingly inspired to study key concepts in psychology, nutrition and personal development. The more weight I lost, the more passionate I became and my weight loss increased as I studied more . 

Even though I had already been providing speaker coaching for some time, this process helped me realize how my internal communication limited my beliefs to the point that I reached a state of morbid obesity. Later on, the process of learning how to change that internal communication served as the key impetus to begin my dramatic transformation of not only the body, but more importantly, my mind, heart and soul. In fact, the last two aspects are areas that I’m still learning to master every day. This is because learning is a life-long process.

That is why my mission is to guide other people through a transformative process of self-discovery through communication, self-care and building relationships.
